Why MOQ Exists
What Drives Your Minimum
- Tooling: custom moulds, frames and hardware have fixed setup costs that only amortize above a volume.
- Fabric & dyeing: custom-dyed colors and woven materials have minimum run lengths from the mill.
- Setup: pattern-making, cutting dies and screen/embroidery setup are per-design.
Start simple, limit custom colors on a first run, and combine sizes in one fabric to bring the effective MOQ down.
